Demure 2 is the second interactive audio app from the band, Demure For Sure. Set to the backdrop of their EP, The Underground, the app features two creative synthesizers. Play with or without the tracks, or use the app as a midi controller for audio hardware and software.
A - The Underground. This XY synthesizer contains three sounds, each of a different color, and each able to control a separate midi channel. Draw across the screen and the app will musically replay your motions while redrawing your picture. X axis is octave. Y axis is pitch.
B - Crash My Car. This loop based synthesizer also contains three sounds, each of a different color, and each able to control a separate midi channel. Tap on the screen to trigger a tone. X axis is pitch. Y axis is loop speed. Mix the different sounds at different loop speeds to form minimalist compositions.
Recommended for headphones or external speakers.
